Fortunately, I have jotted down a few steps which can help you;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Choosing the most effective Communication channel at work:<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 1 \u2013 Establish what kind of message is being sent.<\/strong><br \/>Is your message formal or informal; Is this information time-sensitive or require urgent revert; Are you referring somebody specifically or it\u2019s general; Is it a two-way communication (requires response) etc.<br \/>Once you are able to recognize what kind of matter it is, you can pick the most relevant channel to get your word across.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2 \u2013 Identify your audience.<\/strong><br \/>In-person meetings are preferred when sharing some sensitive information or getting to know a new employee in a one-to-one session. However, for the large groups and team meetings \u2013 video conference apps are favored. Pre-recorded videos and messages can also be sent if the time management is an issue due to teams working remotely.<\/p>\r\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-9325\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lng-consultancy.com\/staging\/5474\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Picture2.jpg?resize=300%2C145&ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"145\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lng-consultancy.com\/staging\/5474\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Picture2.jpg?resize=300%2C145&ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lng-consultancy.com\/staging\/5474\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Picture2.jpg?w=614&ssl=1 614w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Step 3 \u2013 Company\u2019s culture.<\/strong><br \/>How your organization makes decisions is one of the steps you need to keep into consideration while choosing a communication Channel. If your peers prefer immediate delivery of information, then direct call would be more comfortable than requesting in a message.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4 \u2013 Use diversified communication techniques.<\/strong><br \/>People you work with are diverse, they come various backgrounds, So the way you communicate with them should also be diverse. While one may be comfortable communicating only through written means, other might like audio call more. Always experiment with the way you connect with the other person(s).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, Let\u2019s acknowledge the <strong>code of conduct in these Communication channels:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>When communicating in person<\/strong>,<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\">\r\n<figcaption><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-9327\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lng-consultancy.com\/staging\/5474\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Picture3.jpg?resize=300%2C280&ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lng-consultancy.com\/staging\/5474\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Picture3.jpg?resize=300%2C280&ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lng-consultancy.com\/staging\/5474\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Picture3.jpg?resize=768%2C716&ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lng-consultancy.com\/staging\/5474\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Picture3.jpg?resize=720%2C672&ssl=1 720w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lng-consultancy.com\/staging\/5474\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Picture3.jpg?w=864&ssl=1 864w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Listen, listen, listen and make notes.<\/li>\r\n<li>If you expect your conversation to take more than a couple of minutes, consider scheduling a meeting ahead of time to give the next person time to adjust their meetings accordingly.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. <strong>When communicating via phone<\/strong>,<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>At first, avoid. Try using Instant messaging applications (e.g. Slack) to send your word across. If there is urgency, try dropping a message on Mobile phone apps. Tone is always more challenging to pick up on\u2014and convey\u2014in writing, so be sure to always reread your work and assess whether your tone is appropriate for the situation.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Keep language and spelling correct.
