Work life balance is great. Management is very supportive and always tries to listen to the employees.I have been working with L&G for last three and half years. In these years, L&G not only helped me to grow technically but helped me in becoming a leader. L&G is a great place to work, it provides very conductive environment to learn, grow and prosper. Colleagues at L&G are extremely encouraging, talented and like one extended family who are always around to support at times of need. L&G provides a great work life balance. L&G has a proactive approach for employee's well-being and health. It’s because of L&G’s encouragement, I could quit smoking and now I am walking for 50 KM per week which helped me to become more fit. Overall, L&G is probably one of the best places to work.

I joined Lng as a trainee developer. Work culture is great here. The team are highly co-operative and encouraging. The exposure we get helps alot in learning and growth with support at every step.
