I think I am really lucky because L&G and I started our carrier almost at the same time. I joined as a fresher in the development team and from the start, I have been impressed by how everyone here works with high quality, goal-oriented thinking, and work-life balanced approach. Respect, care, and excellence are qualities that exude from the top and flow throughout the rest of the company. I believe that every team, every client, and every employee will affirm this; L&G is an exceptional company. It really is a pleasure while working here.

I have been associated with this organization since Oct. 2019 and found that Work life balance is best with L&G. Here every one helps others so there are NO office politics. Employees are treated like family members and company policies are employee friendly, so best place to work.

The work environment of the company is excellent. There is no senior/subordinate, everybody is considered equal. Most definitely the best environment and work culture you can get anywhere. The Management is one step ahead when it comes to providing comfort and essential resources to employees, they efficiently and adequately let us switch to WFH approach. I joined Lng as a trainee developer. Work culture is great here. The team are highly co-operative and encouraging. The exposure we get helps alot in learning and growth with support at every step. Flexibility to work from home is a blessing. Work life balance is excellent. We are not an employee here, we area part of family.

Work life balance is great. Management is very supportive and always tries to listen to the employees.I have been working with L&G for last three and half years. Colleagues at L&G are extremely encouraging, talented and like one extended family who are always around to support at times of need. L&G provides a great work life balance. L&G has a proactive approach for employee's well-being and health. It’s because of L&G’s encouragement, I could quit smoking and now I am walking for 50 KM per week which helped me to become more fit. Overall, L&G is probably one of the best places to work.
