I think I am really lucky because L&G and I started our carrier almost at the same time. I joined as a fresher in the development team and from the start, I have been impressed by how everyone here works with high quality, goal-oriented thinking, and work-life balanced approach. The Management is one step ahead when it comes to providing comfort and essential resources to employees, they efficiently and adequately let us switch to WFH approach.
